The room was lovely and spacious. The owners were very friendly and helpful, providing us with maps and tips on where to eat and shop for souvenirs. The location was great, just outside the main tourist areas but within walking distance to the train station and all the main attractions. We were also happy to be near the bus station that would take us to the airport.

I had a really enjoyable stay at this hotel. The first thing that impressed me was the fantastic customer service. The staff, including the father and son owners, were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. They provided me with maps, recommendations for restaurants and attractions, and even helped me make reservations. They truly made me feel like a valued guest.
All was absolutely fine, no improvements needed.

The location of the hotel is very convenient, with many major sights within walking distance. there is a restaurant nearby and it is very close to the Santa Maria Novella train station. The rooms are spacious and clean, and the service provided by the family running the hotel is exceptional.
The hotel does not provide breakfast, but there are plenty of nearby options to eat.

Great service! Host recommended good local eating spots and shopping areas. Detailed pre-arrival email with Mandarin itinerary. Helped with luggage and provided daily water. Free suitcase storage. Clean, spacious rooms for up to 4 people. Friendly staff with helpful directions. Affordable price for comfortable accommodation.

The room was spacious and comfortable, with a modern bathroom and lovely view from the window. The manager were really nice too provide helpful advice and even helped us set up a doctor's appointment. Despite some minor drawbacks, such as the lack of breakfast and dim lighting, I highly recommend this hotel for its great location and warm hospitality.
